Atlantech Online technicians have resolved the issue involving dedicated Ethernet service at 7475 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, MD. Engineers found a building power issue was the root cause for the event. Engineers moved all Atlantech Online equipment to an uninterrupted power supply to restore service. Atlantech Online has monitored the service for several hours and has deemed the issue resolved.

Event: One of our transit provider circuits experienced a brief interface reset this morning, causing a route convergence to occur across our network. Traffic to destinations transiting our Zayo upstream circuit were affected, including traffic to some SIP providers. This issue has also exposed a well known bug within our router vendor's software for which we were previously not experiencing. We are investigating with our router vendor whether there is a fix for this particular issue.
