Resolution: Our regional partner, Global Capacity, indicates that the issue involving Ethernet service in the Northwest region of Washington, DC was resolved yesterday at approximately 1 pm. A carrier circuit issue at a local central office was identified as the cause of the event. Engineers dispatched to the local central office and were able to clear the matter. Atlantech Online has found all circuits associated with this outage has been restored and monitored without issue.

Resolution: Atlantech Online has been informed by our regional partner, Windstream, that the maintenance action to restore Ethernet over Copper Service to those affected by the service disruption has been completed. Windstream technicians replaced a faulty card in one of their Washington DC central offices to restore service. Atlantech Online technicians have seen the restoration of all services to affected customers and deem this matter resolved
