Resolution: Atlantech Online Engineers have confirmed with our regional partner, Windstream, that the Ethernet Service Network event has been resolved. Windstream technicians replaced a failed network device with one of their transport circuits which resolved the issue. Atlantech Online monitored all affected circuits through the duration of the weekend without and further issue. This matter is now deemed resolved.

Engineers have been notified that Montgomery County FiberNet is currently conducting a fiber network maintenance that started at 10:00am EDT. This maintenance is affecting the primary interconnect between Atlantech Online and Montgomery County FiberNet. FiberNet has advised that this maintenance is scheduled to take approximately 2 hours to complete. Engineers will continue to obtain updates from FiberNet regarding maintenance status.
