Resolution: Atlantech Online engineers now deem the issue involving Dedicated Ethernet Service traversing the Level 3 network as resolved. Level 3 Engineers determined that a switch mis-configuration in one of their regional offices was the cause for the service disruption.

Update: Although no official word has been received, Atlantech Online engineers are seeing the restoration of Dedicated Ethernet service to customers previously affected by the Level 3 event. Resolution: Atlantech Online has been informed by our regional partner, Megapath, that the Hardware issue affecting EoC & DSL service has been resolved. Megapath engineers repaired faulty equipment and wiring at a central office in Alexandria, Va. to restore service. Atlantech Online has monitored and service has been functioning normally.
