Resolution: Atlantech Online has been informed by our regional partner, Windstream, that the maintenance action to restore Ethernet over Copper Service to those affected by the service disruption has been completed. Windstream technicians replaced a faulty card in one of their Washington DC central offices to restore service. Atlantech Online technicians have seen the restoration of all services to affected customers and deem this matter resolved

Update: Atlantech Online technicians have been informed by our regional partner, Windstream, that incident involving the Ethernet Copper Service in the Washington, DC. can be attributed to a MUX issue in one of their Washington DC. central offices. Windstream technicians has been dispatched to repair this issues. Atlantech Online engineers will post more information when it becomes available.

Megapath engineers repaired faulty equipment and wiring at a central office in Alexandria, Va. to restore service. Atlantech Online has monitored and service has been functioning normally.
